Notifications and Email Digests

The Delaware Family Support Hub sends daily email notifications to keep you informed about activity in the app. These notifications help you stay current without needing to log in and check manually.

How Notifications Work


Each day at 12:00 AM ET, the system checks whether you have any unread notifications. If you do, you will receive an email with a summary of what you missed.


This may include:

- New messages from colleagues

- New content added to the resource library

- Discussion board activity

- Announcements from program administrators


What to Do


When you receive a notification email, click the link to go directly to the relevant item in the app. If you have already seen the content, you do not need to take any action.


If you are not receiving notification emails, check your spam or junk folder. Emails come from defamilysupporthub.org. If the issue persists, contact melissa.pitts@tappnetwork.com.
