Viewing Your Team Dashboard
How to read your zone dashboard, review FSS caseloads, and track training completion.
The zone dashboard in the Supervisor Portal gives LIA supervisors a real-time view of their team's program activity. It pulls data from two sources: FSS activity recorded in the Delaware Family Support Hub app and training progress tracked through the LMS.
Zone Summary
The top of the dashboard displays a summary for your entire zone:
- Active FSS count: The number of Family Support Specialists currently active on your team
- Total families enrolled: Families currently enrolled in a home visiting model in your zone
- Visit completion rate: The percentage of planned home visits that were completed in the current period
Individual FSS Caseload View
Below the zone summary, you can view caseload data broken down by individual FSS staff member. For each FSS, you can see active families, visit completion rate, and families flagged for follow-up. Click on any FSS name to expand their detail view.
Training Completion Tracker
The training section shows which FSS staff have completed required trainings and which have outstanding requirements. Columns include FSS name, training name, enrollment date, and completion date (or status: In Progress / Not Started).
Monthly Report History
The bottom section of the dashboard lists all monthly reports you have submitted. You can click any past report to view what was submitted. You cannot edit a report after submission. If a correction is needed, contact Emily Thompson at DPH.
