Supervisor Portal Overview
What the supervisor portal is, how to access it, and what supervisors can do there.
The Supervisor Portal is a dedicated section of defamilysupporthub.org built for LIA supervisors participating in the Delaware Home Visiting Program. It provides a centralized location for supervisors to submit required monthly reports and review data for their assigned MIECHV zone.
Accessing the Portal
Supervisors access the portal at defamilysupporthub.org using credentials provided by DPH or their LIA administrator. If you have not received your credentials or need them reset, contact your LIA administrator or reach out to Emily Thompson at DPH.
- Navigate to defamilysupporthub.org
- Click the supervisor login link
- Enter your assigned username and password
What Supervisors See After Logging In
Once logged in, supervisors land on their zone dashboard. The dashboard displays:
- Zone summary: Active FSS headcount, total enrolled families, and visit completion rates
- FSS caseloads: Individual caseload data for each Family Support Specialist on your team
- Training completion: Status of required trainings for each FSS staff member
- Monthly report history: Past submissions and their status
How DPH Reviews Reports
DPH staff do not review submitted reports inside the Supervisor Portal. When a supervisor submits a monthly report, the data is routed to HubSpot, where DPH program staff review, annotate, and track submissions. Supervisors will receive a confirmation email when their report is successfully submitted.
