Delaware's home visiting program is organized into 9 MIECHV geographic zones. Each zone is served by one Local Implementing Agency (LIA) under contract with the Division of Public Health (DPH). Zone boundaries and LIA assignments are reviewed and updated annually in conjunction with MIECHV grant renewals.

LIA agency assignments change with annual grant cycles and contract renewals. For the current agency assigned to each zone, contact Emily Thompson at DPH or check the Contracts pipeline in HubSpot, which maintains up-to-date contract and agency information for each zone.

Annual Updates

Zone maps and LIA assignments are reviewed each year during the MIECHV grant renewal process. Supervisors and DPH staff should always verify zone assignments in HubSpot rather than relying on older printed materials.
