About This HubSpot Portal
The Delaware DHSS Home Visiting Program uses HubSpot portal 21668608 to manage LIA staff contacts, events, contracts, compliance tracking, and monthly reporting. This portal was built and is maintained by Tapp Network. Staff should not change account-level settings without coordinating with Tapp Network first.
Two Brands in One Portal
This is a shared portal with two distinct brands configured:
- Home Visiting -- Used for MIECHV program operations. This covers LIA staff contacts, FSS management, zone-based communications, events, and reporting tied to the nine MIECHV zones in Delaware.
- Family Health Systems -- Used for a separate program area. Content, emails, and forms under this brand are scoped to Family Health Systems operations and should not be mixed with Home Visiting assets.
How to Tell Which Brand You Are Working In
When creating or editing emails, forms, or pages, HubSpot will prompt you to select a brand or the brand will be visible in the asset settings panel. Before sending any communication or publishing any asset, confirm the brand is set to the correct program. Mixing brands can result in incorrect logos, colors, or sender information appearing in staff communications.
