Accessing the Learning Management System (LMS)

The Delaware Family Support Hub includes a Learning Management System (LMS) for onboarding training and professional development. The LMS is where new Family Support Specialists complete required courses, and where ongoing training content is available for all staff.

How to Access the LMS

The LMS is a separate section of the platform. You can access it from the main navigation in the app. The LMS admin panel is accessed from the User Menu within the LMS (for users with administrator access).

Available Training


The LMS includes the Family Support Specialist Onboarding Training, a DPH-developed course that new home visitors complete. Your progress is tracked automatically once you create your account and begin the course.


Additional professional development courses may be added over time. Check the LMS regularly for new content.


Tracking Your Progress


Your training completion status is visible to your supervisor through the Supervisor Portal. You do not need to report your progress separately. If you complete a course and your status does not update, contact your supervisor or email melissa.pitts@tappnetwork.com.
