Training Course Library Overview
All available training courses in the LMS -- how to access, register, and track progress.
What Is the Course Library?
The Course Library is the central hub for all training available to Delaware Home Visiting Program staff through the Learning Management System (LMS). It lives inside the Delaware Family Support Hub and gives Family Support Specialists, supervisors, and DPH staff a single place to find, register for, and complete required and optional training.
How to Access the Course Library
- Log in to your account at defamilysupporthub.org.
- From the main navigation, select Training.
- Choose Course Library from the Training menu.
Types of Courses Available
FSS Onboarding
A structured series of lessons designed for new Family Support Specialists. All new FSS workers are expected to complete this series before or during their first weeks in the field.
Annual Required Trainings
Certain trainings are required by MIECHV compliance standards or state policy and must be completed each year. These include mandatory reporter training, first aid and CPR recertification, and other topics designated by DPH or your LIA. Required courses are clearly labeled in the library.
Professional Development Electives
The library also includes optional courses for workers who want to deepen their skills. Topics include advanced motivational interviewing, reflective supervision practices, infant mental health, and more.
Tracking Your Enrollment and Completion History
To see which courses you are currently enrolled in, go to Training > My Courses. Each course card shows your status: Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.
To review your full completion history and access certificates, go to Training > My Completions. If you have questions about your training record, contact your supervisor or reach out to DPH.
