How to Find Specific Contacts or Groups

Four ways to find who you're looking for: sort, filter, view by LIA company, or view by supervisor.

Four Ways to Find Contacts

1. Sort by Column

In the contacts list view, click any column header to sort the list by that field. Click once to sort ascending, click again to sort descending. This is useful when you want to quickly scan alphabetically by name or group contacts by zone or LIA without setting up a filter.

2. Use Filters

  1. In the contacts view, click Add filter near the top of the list.
  2. Choose the property you want to filter by -- common options include LIA Zone, Program Role, Associated Company, or Training Status.
  3. Set the filter value and add additional filters to narrow results further.
  4. To save this filter set for future use, see the article on creating personal views.

3. View by LIA Company

  1. Go to Contacts > Companies in the top navigation.
  2. Find the LIA agency you are looking for and open the company record.
  3. All contacts associated with that LIA are listed in the Contacts section on the right side of the record.

4. View by Supervisor

  1. In the contacts list, click Add filter.
  2. Select the Supervisor property and enter the supervisor's name.
  3. The filtered list will show all contacts whose supervisor field matches your selection.
