Key Contacts & Who to Call
The people you will work with most often, including DPH team members, Tapp Network support, and how to find LIA contacts in HubSpot.
Overview
Knowing who to contact and for what is one of the most practical things you can learn early on. This article is meant to be a quick-reference guide you can return to whenever you are unsure who to loop in.
DPH Team
Emily Thompson
- Title: Public Health Treatment Program Administrator
- Email: emily.thompson@delaware.gov
- Phone: 302-608-5740
- Role in your work: Emily is your primary supervisor and program lead. She is your first point of contact for questions about program operations, LIA relationships, reporting requirements, and anything related to MIECHV grant compliance. When in doubt, start with Emily.
Crystal Sherman
- Email: Not yet on file -- ask Emily for Crystal's contact information
- Role in your work: Crystal is a senior member of the program team with strategic responsibilities. You will likely work with Crystal on higher-level program initiatives and cross-agency coordination. Get to know her early -- her institutional knowledge of the program is deep.
Chelsea Manwiller
- Title: Social Marketing Coordinator
- Email: chelsea.manwiller@delaware.gov
- Phone: 302-744-4779
- Role in your work: Chelsea handles social marketing and communications for the program. If you have questions about how to write or format a program email, what messaging is appropriate, or how to communicate with LIA staff about a particular topic, Chelsea is a good resource.
Gary (Supervisor)
- Title: Supervisor
- Note: Gary's last name and direct contact information will be confirmed and added to this article. Ask Emily to introduce you to Gary in your first week.
Tapp Network: HubSpot and Technical Support
Tapp Network is the technology partner that built and maintains the HubSpot instance and the Delaware Family Support Hub application. They are your go-to resource for anything related to HubSpot configuration, access, technical issues, or questions about how the system works.
Melissa Pitts
- Title: Account Manager, Tapp Network
- Email: melissa.pitts@tappnetwork.com
- Role in your work: Melissa is your main contact at Tapp Network. Reach out to her if you need HubSpot access changes, encounter a technical issue you cannot resolve, have a question about how a feature works, or need something updated in the system that you do not have permissions to change yourself.
When to contact Tapp vs. your DPH team: Contact Tapp Network for HubSpot system questions -- access, bugs, configuration, feature questions. Contact your DPH team (Emily first) for program questions -- policy, LIA relationships, reporting requirements, and operational decisions.
LIA Agency Contacts
The Local Implementing Agencies each have their own staff and point-of-contact structure. Rather than maintaining a separate directory here, LIA contacts are tracked directly in HubSpot under Contacts and Companies.
To find an LIA's contacts in HubSpot, go to Contacts, then Companies, and search for the agency name. Each company record will show you the associated contacts, including supervisors and Family Support Specialists. If a contact appears to be missing or out of date, you can update it directly or flag it for follow-up.
As you get oriented, Emily can introduce you to the key LIA supervisors you will interact with most often. Building those relationships early will make your work much smoother.
