Monthly Report Corrections
What to do when a Monthly Report submission contains an error.
Occasionally, a program will submit a Monthly Report that contains a mistake or an incorrect metric. When this happens, the program contact should alert DPH of the mistake and proceed with submitting another report via the Supervisor Portal.
The DPH team will use the 'Status' property on the Monthly Report record to indicate which is accurate and which is being kept for historical/archive purposes.

Submitted - Received from the program

Approved - Reviewed by DPH and accepted

Archived - Superseded by another submission.
When this happens, be sure to leave a note on the superseded report with an explanation for future reference.
